Edge Networks (UK) Ltd – Silverstone VIP Ticket Competition
Terms and Conditions
By entering this competition, entrants confirm that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Edge Networks (UK) Ltd of 15 Highnam Business Centre, Gloucester, GL2 8DN (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
2.1. This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2.2. Employees of the Promoter, its group companies, affiliates, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the competition, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
2.3. The Promoter reserves the right to require entrants to provide proof of age, identity and eligibility. If an entrant is unable to provide satisfactory proof, the Promoter may disqualify that entrant.
3. Promotional Period
3.1. The competition opens on 11 May 2026 and closes at 23:59 BST on 19 June 2026 (“Closing Date”).
3.2. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
4.1. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
4.2. To enter, entrants must complete and submit the competition entry form available at https://www.edgetime.uk/silverstone-competition/ during the Promotional Period.
4.3. Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated by the Promoter in writing.
4.4. Entries submitted by automated means, by third parties, in bulk, or through multiple identities, email addresses or accounts intended to circumvent these Terms and Conditions, will be void.
4.5. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, misdirected or otherwise invalid entries will not be accepted.
4.6. Following Edge Networks (UK) Ltd on LinkedIn is encouraged but is not a mandatory condition of entry unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotional material.
5. Prize
5.1. There will be four separate winners.
5.2. Each winner will receive one (1) VIP ticket to the British Grand Prix at Silverstone for Sunday 5 July 2026.
5.3. The prize includes the event ticket only unless expressly stated otherwise by the Promoter in writing.
5.4. The prize does not include travel, accommodation, food, drink, insurance, spending money, parking, transfers, or any other costs or expenses not expressly included in clause 5.2.
5.5. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.
5.6. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
6. Winner Selection
6.1. The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the Closing Date.
6.2. The draw will take place on or around 23 June 2026 using a random selection process.
6.3. The Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winner Notification and Claim
7.1. Winners will be contacted using the details provided at the time of entry, by email and/or telephone, within 2 working days of the draw.
7.2. Winners must respond within 5 calendar days of first contact to confirm acceptance of the prize and provide any information reasonably required by the Promoter to arrange fulfilment.
7.3. If a winner does not respond within the required period, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or otherwise cannot accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.
7.4. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that the contact details they provide are accurate and up to date.
8. Prize Fulfilment
8.1. Tickets will be issued electronically or by such other method as determined by the Promoter or ticket provider.
8.2. Winners may be required to comply with any ticket issuer, venue, event organiser or circuit terms and conditions applicable to the use of the prize.
8.3. The Promoter is not responsible if the winner is unable to attend the event for any reason.
8.4. If the event is postponed, cancelled, rescheduled, or materially changed for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter will not be responsible for any resulting loss, although it may seek to provide a reasonable alternative where possible.
9. Publicity
9.1. The Promoter may wish to announce the surname and county of prize winners in order to comply with advertising and consumer law requirements.
9.2. If a winner objects to their surname and county being made available, they should inform the Promoter as soon as possible. In such circumstances, the Promoter may still disclose relevant information to regulators where required.
10. Data Protection
10.1. The Promoter will process personal data collected through the competition for the purpose of administering the competition, contacting winners, verifying eligibility, and awarding the prize.
10.2. Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.edgetime.uk/privacy-policy/.
10.3. Personal data will not be used for marketing purposes unless the entrant has separately agreed to receive marketing communications.
10.4. Entering this competition does not automatically subscribe entrants to marketing communications. Any marketing consent must be given freely and separately.
11. Disqualification
11.1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
- breaches these Terms and Conditions;
- provides false or misleading information;
- tampers with the entry process or the operation of the competition; or
- acts in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest, abusive or otherwise contrary to the spirit of the competition.
11.2. The Promoter may refuse to award the prize if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the competition has been entered improperly or fraudulently.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the competition or accepting or using the prize.
12.2. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot legally be excluded or limited.
13. General
13.1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, vary or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
13.2. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13.3. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
